Why Mosaic IN Exists

Implementation is challenging.  Over the years, I have seen and experienced with colleagues the knowledge of what needs to improve, alongside the uncertainty about how to move forward. This tension has become more intense as so many of us are navigating time pressure, cultural barriers, uncertainty, and competing priorities.

Professional development in healthcare is often episodic, while implementing change is dynamic and evolving.

While frameworks, models and strategies are important to understand implementation, success often thrives or falters in the relational space. Conversations and trust are essential to navigate complex systems. 

An online learning community can support continuous and relational learning. We can deepen understanding of key issues in a steady rhythm of ongoing reflection with colleagues who understand and can support real growth. An affordable subscription model creates continuity and builds trust in a professional environment where relationships can develop, and thoughtful dialogue can unfold over time.

Hello, I'm Sharon. I’ve spent my career helping clinicians, teams and organisations integrate evidence into practice. I’ve lived the challenges and navigated the complexity and uncertainty. I’ve also seen what becomes possible when people feel supported, connected, and empowered with practical tools.

My dream is that Mosaic IN becomes a place where implementation ideas can take shape, grow, and succeed.
