For over a decade, I’ve combined accredited coaching practice with leadership in clinical, research, and organisational settings. Originally trained through The Coaching Academy (UK) and grounded in the GROW model, my approach has evolved to integrate behavioural science, implementation frameworks, and systems thinking.
