Change is hard work. Over the years, I have seen and experienced with colleagues the knowledge of what needs to improve, alongside the uncertainty about how to move forward. This tension has become more intense as so many of us are navigating time pressure, cultural barriers, uncertainty, and competing priorities.

Hello, I'm Sharon. I’ve spent my career helping clinicians, teams and organisations integrate evidence into practice. I’ve lived the challenges and navigated the complexity and uncertainty. I’ve also seen what becomes possible when people feel supported, connected, and empowered with practical tools.

My dream is that MosaicIN becomes a place where implementation ideas can take shape, grow, and succeed.
